Kraft cups and ice cream tubs for drinks and frozen desserts
Direct Eco Green produces two families of kraft paper containers: drinking cups and ice cream tubs. Both are single-use, strong and rigid for their weight, and suitable for consumption on site or to go.
- Kraft cups — for coffee, tea, water, juice and cocktails, hot or cold, from 60 to 990 ml (2 to 33 fl oz). Finishes: classic kraft, vertical stripes, wave-shaped stripes, horizontal stripes and ripples.
- Kraft ice cream tubs — for ice cream, sundaes, frozen desserts and yogurt, in 360, 420 and 480 ml (12, 14 and 16 fl oz). The factory rates them from -20°C to +90°C (-4°F to 194°F).
The natural brown kraft color is standard, but cups can also be ordered with a different livery in the color of your choice. Receptions, festivals and corporate events use the same cups as cafes and kiosks.

Color: natural kraft, or a custom color. For a capacity outside the range, the factory can design a new mold. MOQ depends on material, size and printing — it is stated in your quote.
Materials, liquid barrier and end of life
A paper cup needs a liquid barrier, and on Direct Eco Green kraft + PLA cups that barrier is a plant-based PLA lining rather than a fluorinated (PFAS) treatment; ask for the factory's PFAS declaration with your quote and confirm the lining of each reference, including ice cream tubs.
- Kraft + PLA cups are designed for commercial composting where industrial facilities accept them. PLA-lined paper is not accepted in most US curbside recycling programs.
- Plain kraft references: confirm the barrier with your quote before making any recycling claim, and check what local programs accept.
- Kraft grades can be supplied FSC-certified under license FSC C204557.
Describe these end-of-life routes precisely on pack rather than using a general "recyclable" or "biodegradable" label.
Compliance for the US and Canada
Direct Eco Green helps you document cups for North American food-contact and labeling rules. Intentionally added PFAS are banned in food packaging by state PFAS laws in New York, California, Washington, Vermont, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Minnesota, Rhode Island and Hawaii. To print "compostable", US buyers expect ASTM D6868 certification (typically through BPI) and Canada CAN/BNQ 0017-088; tell us which certification your market requires and we confirm, before you order, which factory reference can document it.
Paper cups are outside Canada's Single-use Plastics Prohibition Regulations, which target foodservice ware made from expanded polystyrene, PVC, oxo-degradable plastic and carbon-black plastic; the Federal Court of Appeal upheld the underlying listing on January 30, 2026. Recyclable claims must follow the FTC Green Guides and, in California, SB 343.
