Return Policy

Return period and eligible products

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Most products sold on our website can be returned, except:

• products that are personalized or made to your specifications;
• products that by their nature cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly or are past their expiry date;
• sealed products that cannot be returned once opened for health or hygiene reasons.

Custom-printed and made-to-order products are produced to your approved specification and cannot be returned; quality claims are handled with the inspection report and photos.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• intact and undamaged;
• in its original packaging;
• accompanied by the invoice or delivery note.

Direct Eco Green reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

How to return a product

1. Contact our customer service by email at contact@directecogreen.com or by phone at +84 77 3984 694.
2. Give your order number, the product you want to return and the reason for the return.
3. Our customer service team sends you a return number and explains the procedure.
4. Send the product to: Direct Eco Green, 3rd floor, 187 Dien Bien Phu Street, Dakao ward, District 1, Hochiminh City, Vietnam.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds and exchanges

Refunds — once we have received and inspected the returned product, we refund the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days. The refund is made to the payment method used for the order.

Exchanges — to exchange a product for another product of equal or higher value, follow the return procedure above. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we send you the new product.
