Reusable cups for events, venues and branded programs
The GreenCurve rPET cup is a durable, reusable drinking cup designed for many cycles of use and washing, as an alternative to single-use cups. It resists impacts, does not deform or break easily, and its smooth, non-porous surface is easy to clean.
- Festivals and stadiums — deposit-return cup programs with your event branding.
- Cafés and juice bars — house cups for cold and hot drinks.
- Offices and campuses — branded cups that replace disposables.
- Promotions — a logo cup that customers keep.

rPET, heat and end of life
Direct Eco Green makes these cups from PET recovered from recycled plastic bottles, which supports a circular use of material already in circulation; recycled-content documentation is available on request. The cups are BPA-free and food-contact grade.
- Hot and cold drinks: the factory lists the cups for hot and cold beverages, dishwasher and microwave use. PET has a lower heat tolerance than PP or stainless steel, so ask for the documented temperature limit with your quote before you print care icons.
- Reuse first: the environmental benefit depends on the number of uses, which is why deposit systems work well with rPET cups.
- End of life: PET is accepted in many recycling programs; check locally. rPET is not compostable.
Compliance for the US and Canada
In Canada, the Single-use Plastics Prohibition Regulations target single-use foodservice ware made from problematic plastics such as expanded polystyrene, PVC and carbon-black plastic; the GreenCurve cups are designed and marketed for repeated use. In the US, request the factory's FDA food-contact compliance letter (21 CFR Part 177) with your quote. Under the FTC Green Guides, a claim such as "made with recycled PET" must match the documented recycled content, and California SB 343 restricts "recyclable" claims and the chasing-arrows symbol to materials meeting state criteria.
Custom printing and private label
Direct Eco Green prints your logo or message on the cups at the factory and produces them in a wide range of colors and patterns, adapted to your request. Event organizers often run one design per edition, and brands combine the cups with rPET food containers or stainless steel cups in one consolidated shipment. Samples are available before mass production.
Why buy rPET cups factory-direct from Direct Eco Green
Direct Eco Green is a manufacturer and sourcing partner, not a distributor: it works directly with audited partner factories in Asia and Europe and runs quality control on site in Vietnam. For high-volume cup programs, that means a lower total cost of ownership than re-sold stock, print quality checked before shipping, and one contact from artwork to delivery.

Frequently asked questions
What sizes are the reusable rPET cups?
Direct Eco Green produces GreenCurve rPET cups in 25 cl, 33 cl and 50 cl, roughly 8.5, 11.2 and 16.9 fl oz. An optional flat or dome lid is available for each size.
Are rPET cups safe for hot drinks?
The factory lists the rPET cups for hot and cold drinks and for dishwasher and microwave use. Because PET tolerates less heat than PP or stainless steel, ask Direct Eco Green for the documented temperature limit with your quote.
Are the rPET cups BPA-free?
Yes. The GreenCurve rPET cups are BPA-free and food-contact grade. For the US market, request the factory's FDA food-contact compliance letter along with your quote.
Can rPET cups be recycled?
PET is accepted in many recycling programs, but access varies, so check locally before printing a recyclable claim. Under California SB 343, the chasing-arrows symbol may only be used where the cup meets state recyclability criteria.
Can I print my event logo on the rPET cups?
Yes. Direct Eco Green prints logos and messages on rPET cups at the factory, in custom colors and patterns. Samples are available before mass production, and a tailored quote is sent within 48 hours.
