Reusable bowls for take-out, click and collect and deposit programs
These bowls are built for reuse loops: customers take food away, return the bowl, and it goes back through a professional dishwasher. Direct Eco Green designed the range to be light enough for delivery and strong enough for high-temperature machine washing and industrial drying, so it can replace disposable bowls in daily service.
- rPET bowls — thick, high-density recycled PET in three capacities, for salads, poke and Buddha bowls, desserts and cold or warm dishes.
- PP bowl with lid — injection-molded PP with a two-material PP/TPET snap lid that closes tightly against leaks during delivery.
For operators, moving from disposables to reusable bowls lowers total cost of ownership over time and gives a visible sustainability commitment to customers.

Durability, heat limits and end of life
Direct Eco Green rPET and PP bowls are designed for more than 20 industrial wash cycles and resist impacts, cutlery scratches and deformation during industrial drying. Match the material to the dish:
- PP bowls are microwave-safe and can be held in heated display cases.
- rPET bowls are intended for cold or warm food such as salads, poke and desserts, not for microwave reheating.
Keep claims precise: rPET means recycled PET, and recycled-content documentation for the exact reference is available on request. Both PET and PP are recyclable where facilities exist; neither is compostable. California SB 343 restricts the chasing-arrows symbol and "recyclable" claims, and the FTC Green Guides require qualified claims.
Food-contact compliance for the US and Canada
The factory supplies food-contact documentation with each delivery, including BPA-free status and migration testing against European food-contact requirements. For the US, request the factory's FDA food-contact compliance letter (21 CFR Part 177) with your quote; it is documentation, not an FDA approval. In Canada, bowls designed and marketed for repeated use are outside the foodservice ware targeted by the Single-use Plastics Prohibition Regulations, upheld by the Federal Court of Appeal on January 30, 2026; avoid carbon-black pigments for black colorways.
Full interior printing and custom colors
Direct Eco Green handles the full graphic integration of your bowls at the factory: full interior printing so customers see your brand when they open the bowl, an exterior logo for visibility in delivery and take-out, and custom colors on the PP range to match your brand guidelines. With your order you receive the printing template; you place your artwork inside and outside, and a factory proof is submitted for approval before mass production.
Why source reusable bowls factory-direct from Direct Eco Green
Direct Eco Green is a manufacturer and sourcing partner, not a distributor: it produces reusable rPET and PP bowls through selected and audited partner factories in Asia and Europe, runs quality control on site from its base in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and consolidates several product lines into one shipment. For high-volume and wholesale buyers this means a lower total cost of ownership than re-sold stock, products built to your specification, and one contact from artwork to delivery.
